  • From the Trafford Centre, to the Arndale Centre and the thousands of independent retailers, you are spoiled for choice by what’s on offer. Major brands to niche start-ups, you will be able to find whatever you are looking for.

  • With a vibrant food and drink scene, eating out has never been better. Restaurants like Mana, our Michelin starred restaurant, alongside culinary havens like The Corn Exchange and Spinningfields, put Manchester firmly on the global food map. However, exploring the boutique indie restaurants, hidden cafés, bustling local food markets and quirky pop-ups will ensure you’ll be spoilt for choice.

  • Iconic red versus blue. The city of Manchester United or City is deeply passionate about football, and all other types of sports. There are plenty of clubs in Ordsall and the surrounding area if you have a passion, and not to mention Old Trafford is just over the River Irwell.

  • There’s plenty to do, but how will you get there we hear you ask? There’s plenty of transport connections to get you from A to B. Trams take you anywhere in the city, including the airport and there are excellent bus, train and taxi services.
